Wellness Weekend Day Passes
For those guests unable to join us for the entire weekend, daily activities are available to book:
Friday Activities:
January 17
The opening of our Wellness Weekend – enjoy conversation with like-minded individuals while enjoying lite bites at our rooftop pool. The welcome reception will be followed by a restorative yoga practice and finally a healthy take on s’mores while stargazing on our Thirsty Camel Patio.
– 5:00 p.m. – Rooftop Welcome Reception
– 6:30 p.m. – Restorative Yoga
– 8:00 p.m. – Campfire Smores & Stargazing
Saturday Morning Activities and Lunch
January 18
Morning session of our Wellness Weekend will start with mindful meditation, sound healing and journaling. After finding stillness, embrace a choice of movement classes. Finally, feed your soul and your belly with a guided Farm to Oven Cooking and Wine Tasting at Mowry & Cotton.
– 8:00 a.m. – Meditation – Sound Therapy & Journaling
– 9:00 a.m. – Camelback Mountain Hike or Yoga Class or HIIT Class
– 12:30 p.m. – Farm to Oven Cooking & Wine Class
Saturday Afternoon Activities
January 18
Saturday afternoon of our Wellness Weekend will consist of experts in their field, sharing knowledge and valuable tips to enhance your well-being. Two options of breakout sessions are included and will be followed by Bubbles & Berries at our rooftop pool.
– 2:00 p.m. – Wellness Market (Complimentary to all hotel guests as well)
– 3:00 p.m. – Women’s and Men’s Health or Exploring Ayurvedic Practices
– 4:00 p.m. – Building Your Microbiome or Sustainable Healthy Habits
– 6:00 p.m. – Bubbles & Berries
