The Resort Fee at The Phoenician
A daily resort fee of $50 will be posted to each guestroom for a variety of amenities which include the below.

- In-Room WiFi: Daily Enhanced High-Speed Internet Access.
- Outdoor Morning Yoga Class at The Phoenician Spa – Daily, 60-minute class for 2pp: Please see Fitness Schedule for details.
- Tennis: Daily court time and racquet usage for one hour for 2pp. Reservations required.
- Bicycles: Cruising bikes are available at The Phoenician Athletic Club on a first-come, first-served basis, for two-hour usage, daily.
- Craft Beer Tasting: Daily at 11 a.m. at The Phoenician Tavern (non-alcoholic options available).
Pet Policy
The Phoenician’s Pet Policy pertains to canines only.
Guests staying at the resort may visit with their dogs only. Dogs must weigh less than 40 pounds. Up to two pets per guest room are permitted. To maintain resort standards, a non-refundable, deep-cleaning fee of $150 USD will be charged per stay. Guests must sign a pet liability waiver upon arrival for any damages their pets may cause. Dogs and their owners are accommodated on the ground floors of the resort’s casita buildings. Certain areas of the resort grounds are restricted from dogs, including all pool areas and restaurants. Pets must be leashed at all times when walking the resort grounds, and may not be left alone in guest rooms. Dog beds and bowls are provided upon request.
Smoking
Arizona state law prohibits smoking in all public areas, including hallways, lobbies, shops, restaurants, lounges, function rooms, the spa and the athletic club. Smoking in guest rooms is also prohibited. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee per room. Thank you for your understanding. Parking
Resort Guests
For Resort Guests we are pleased to provide both valet and self-parking.
Overnight valet service is $40 per evening. Self-parking is offered at $28 per night.
Visitors
The following rates apply to the resort’s underground parking garage:
Self-Parking:
- 0-4 Hours: $10
- 4-12 Hours: $15
- 12-24 Hours: $28
Valet Parking:
- Daily: $28
- Overnight: $40
Validation is available for visitors dining at J&G Steakhouse, Mowry & Cotton, and Afternoon Tea, for up to three hours.
