CHECK-IN
Visit the reception desk and one of our associates will assist in checking you in for your treatment and provide you with access to the spa facilities. After a brief spa tour, locate your locker and store your belongings before heading off to your first activity of the day.
FITNESS CLASS
Start your morning with a rejuvenating exercise class in The Phoenician Spa Fitness Center. Awaken your senses, warm your muscles and strengthen your body with one of our instructor-led classes, including yoga, aerial yoga, meditation, In-Trinity Experience, Techno-Circuit and more! Check the monthly class schedule to select your favorite fitness experience.
Rooftop Pool
After your morning exercise class, slow down and unwind at the rooftop pool, exclusively for spa guests only. With breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain and the surrounding resort grounds, the rooftop deck provides a serene atmosphere, perfect for lounging on a plush chaise or dipping into the sparkling swimming pool, all while soaking up the Arizona sunshine.
When it is time for a mid-day mimosa or a savory snack, take a peek at the poolside food menu. With an array of healthy options, select your favorite guilt-free cocktail or delicious dish and have it delivered right to your lounge chair.
AFTERNOON
SPA EXPERIENCE
Once you have fully enjoyed the rooftop pool, move downstairs to the locker room and indulge in different spa amenities, ranging from the sauna and steam rooms to the Vitality hot tub and quiet room. We recommend partaking in the following hot-and-cold contrast hydrotherapy for a duration of 30 minutes or less before your treatment:
5-minute Sauna; dry heat for muscle recovery and pain relief
5-minute Steam; wet heat to flush toxins from the body and improve breathing
30-second Cold Shower; to stimulate circulation
5-minute Rest
10-minute Vitality Hot Tub; to boost the immune system and promote overall relaxation
