THE SUMMER SOCIAL
This summer, The Phoenician introduces The Summer Social, an elevated early-evening culinary experience available June through August. Featuring chilled cocktails, seasonal bites and visually driven presentations, the program unfolds across J&G Steakhouse, Mowry & Cotton, Thirsty Camel Lounge and The Phoenician Tavern.
Inspired by the effortless rhythm of coastal living, the experience invites guests to linger into the evening with distinct expressions of summer at each venue—from refreshing libations to artful pairings—complemented by thoughtfully crafted zero-proof offerings and unexpected culinary moments.
June – August, Available Thursday through Saturday across all venues, with daily offerings at The Phoenician Tavern.
J&G Steakhouse

Thirsty Camel

- Summer Social turns even more decadent. Enjoy half-priced caviar paired with crisp potato chips, crème fraîche, and chives, alongside our signature Board & Bottle pairing experience—designed for relaxed, shareable moments that stretch into the evening.
- Meet the Southern Star—a lively, layered cocktail featuring reposado tequila, fresh lime, passionfruit, and vanilla, topped with a light foam and finished with bursting passionfruit pearls for a bright, playful finish.
YACHT CLUB THURSDAYS WITH AFTERNOON TEA
Thursday, Seatings between 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
- Set sail for a refined Thursday afternoon inspired by classic yacht clubs and the golden age of travel, featuring elegant tea service, curated bites, live piano music, and subtle nautical touches. Traditional Afternoon Tea is offered Friday through Sunday, where guests are invited to indulge in a timeless experience defined by elegance and classic luxury.
